Cancer Antigen 15-3 (CA 15-3) is used as a tumor marker to monitor a patients response to breast cancer treatment and to watch for breast cancer recurrence. Elevated CA 15-3, in conjunction with 485-10 - Alkaline Phosphatase, was found to be associated with an increased chance of early recurrence in breast cancer.
