Collection Protocol - Rinse mouth with water, waiting 30 minutes or more after eating or drinking before collection
- Remove sterile swab from tube and insert in mouth
- Place on one side of mouth, twisting while moving up and down against the cheek
- Let swab air-dry for 30 seconds and insert back in to tube
