Handling - Thaw quickly, in a 37°C water bath, removing as soon as thawed.

The animals receive ante- and post-mortem health inspections at the abattoir by a US FSIS inspector. They are apparently free from infectious and contagious diseases and injurious parasites. The end user must determine the suitability of this product for each application.
